All iMartCloud services are digital. Nothing is shipped. Services are delivered online to the email address and client area on your account.
Web hosting
Set up once payment is confirmed. Login details are emailed to you. If you have not received them within one business day, contact support.
Domains
Submitted to the registry once payment is confirmed. Registrations usually complete the same day. Transfers depend on the current registrar and can take up to 5 days.
SEO plans
Work starts after the first payment and setup review. A summary of work done is available on request each month.
Website maintenance plans
Work starts once the first payment is confirmed and runs each month on your iMartCloud-hosted site.
Website design and web tasks
Delivered on the timeline in your quote. Work starts once the deposit is paid. The finished site is published to your hosting account and domain once the final invoice is paid.
Free website templates
Installed on your iMartCloud hosting account after your hosting order is active.
