iMarttrends (Pty) Ltd trading as iMartCloud is the responsible party for personal information collected through imartcloud.com and my.imartcloud.com. We process it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
Name, company name, email address, phone number, physical and billing address, and details of the services you order. Card details are entered on Payfast’s payment page and are not stored by us.
Why we collect it
To set up and manage your services, send invoices, provide support, register domains in your name, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver the service: Payfast to process payments, and domain registries to register domains, which requires the registrant’s details. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as you hold an account with us, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Email support@imartcloud.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
